Pippins' Statement

The development of children’s emotional,  physical,  social and intellectual capabilities is promoted effectively when they take part in a wide range of activities. 

Our staff will plan first hand experiences which will enable your child to make choices as they develop their knowledge,  skills and understanding.  

Children’s care,  learning and play is well supported by our experienced professional team who monitor your child’s progress regularly and plan to meet their individual needs, enabling them to flourish and fulfil their potential within a safe and stimulating environment.

Setting the standards for Learning, Development and Care for children from birth to five plus, the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum;  www.foundationyears.org.uk -  forms the basis of the planning of our routines, activities and recreation whilst learning through play. 

Pippins' Ethos

Pippins has an open door policy, you are welcome to visit at any time.  Pippins is an inclusive setting,  we endeavour to include all children within our nursery.

Pippins will provide your child with a warm, cosy environment which will satisfy both their needs and yours.

We aim to cultivate a relationship with parents which will enhance the development and progress of your child.

Pippins will,  where at all possible,  adhere to parental preferences of daily routine and will work in partnership with you to provide continuity of care for your child.   

It is our aim to ensure that all children achieve the five outcomes of the Every Child Matters policy.
